Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh have found avoiding each other on the Set of their upcoming movie Padmavti, the Sanjay Leela Bhansali Directed film, in which they co-star with Deepika Padukone. According to mid-day, Mr Sanjay Leela Bhansali made the Padmavati schedule in such a way that movie’s two male lead actor have been reserved apart for as much as possible, with their solo performances being shot before those they appear in together. “Movie director Sanjay sir scheduled the shoot in such a way that individual scenes of all actors were shot first. These will be trailed by slices that see them together. Although Deepika Padukone, who plays Rani Padmavati, and Shahid, as her husband Raja Ratan Singh, have explosion together before, Ranveer has shot solo scenes till now,” a people close to the film’s told mid-day. Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor have previously recorded some of their act together, reported by mid-day. Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor will now shoot their first act collected – in that act their character in the movie meet for the first time and grow into a ‘war of words,’ as mid-day explain it. “A scene like this banks on the actors’ equation, and Shahid and Ranveer share a good one. As performers, they are different. Having them come face to face on set will be a delight to watch,” the source also told mid-day. Ranveer Singh is presently on a pre-planned halt from work and is planning for holiday in London. Ranveer will restart shooting for Padmavati former after 4th June.
It seems that the agenda has been planned carefully following gossip that Ranveer is supposedly upset with Shahid’s stretched scenes in the film. As Padmavati is Deepika in movie and Ranveer’s second period portion and doing 3rd film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, after Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani.
Prior in an interview with one of news agency, Shahid had said that the film is unsuitably being marked as a two-hero project where as it includes three primary charms. Shahid added that, “It’s a great opportunity for all three of us. It’s a great role for Deepika, a fantastic role for Ranveer and great one for me. I am happy that the film has been cast the way it has and it is getting made, Of the hazarded argument with Ranveer Singh, he said its ‘absurd’.
